MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in Arnold, MO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with energy and personalization. You will model service, create a place where everyone belongs, and ensure excellence on every shift.

You will oversee pizza making for veggie pilers, pepperoni perfectionists, and plant-based pioneers, fostering a positive vibe, coaching staff, upholding standards, and partnering with the General Manager to engage the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
