MOD Pizza is hiring a Field Operations - Shift Captain in Pennsylvania. You will lead Squad crews to deliver pizzas and salads with a focus on service, standards, and a personal guest experience. This role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and embodying MOD values on the floor.

You will drive shift leadership, train teams, and ensure operations run smoothly. This position supports community engagement and growth within a vibrant, inclusive brand culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating frontline employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
