Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Columbia to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top‑quality food and service for guests. You will lead the team during opening, service, and closing, coordinate with the chef leadership, and manage orders, stock, and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full‑service restaurant, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and functional.
• Brief staff before and after service.
• Meet operating and quality standards.
• Lead with professional and ethical leadership.
• Train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
