Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Hackettstown to lead kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will oversee opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinate with the chef leadership team, and manage stock and orders to keep service running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervision in a quick-service or full-service setting, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professional leadership. Overnight shifts carry a $2 premium per hour where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
