Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. You’ll lead the staff in opening/closing procedures and ensure smooth operations when management is absent.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and customer relations within CVS/pharmacy. A High School diploma is preferred; weekly hours average 24 with pay range $16.50–$24.00 hourly.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
• Handle all customer relations issues per policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
