Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and support store management to drive execution and performance.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by directing activities and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to relay information.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote a positive CVS experience.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and reinforce CVS service standards.
• Merchandise, price, and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory per plans.
• Reset departments following weekly plans of merchandise (POGs).
