Job summary

Stonebridge Companies seeks a Starbucks supervisor for Marriott at Gateway Park in Aurora, CO. You will supervise a team to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain brand standards while ensuring safe, profitable operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in food & beverage, and strong leadership and guest-service skills. Must be available nights and weekends, with experience in POS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; and minimum 4 years of related food & beverage experience and/or training.
• Must lead by example, demonstrate hospitality skills and possess restaurant operations knowledge.
• Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel; proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs shift opening and closing duties per checklist.
• Seek guest feedback and apply service recovery tools as needed.
• Assist manager in training and providing performance feedback.
• Manage shift tools: schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks.
• Lead pre-shift meetings covering specials and occupancy.
• Resolve daily issues affecting seating, inventory, or service.
