Qualifications

• Must have minimum 4 years of related food & beverage experience and/or training.
• Must lead by example and demonstrate exceptional hospitality skills.
• Must be able to obtain TIPS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs shift opening and closing duties.
• Initiates guest interaction and collects feedback, using service recovery as needed.
• Monitors revenue and check control procedures on shift.
• Supervises, trains, and provides feedback to associates to meet brand standards.
• Uses scheduling, floor plans, reservations, and daily checklists to run shifts.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings to align with occupancy, reservations and service concerns.
• Resolves issues such as call outs, last-minute bookings, and inventory concerns.
• Maintains guest satisfaction and a safe, sanitary work environment.
