Job summary

Starbucks in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee shift operations, supervise a team, and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service in line with brand standards.

Candidates should have coffeehouse and/or leadership experience in food and beverage settings, be able to work weekends, and demonstrate strong hospitality skills, plus familiarity with POS and office tools.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of related food & beverage experience.
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate exceptional hospitality skills.
• Technical knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs shift opening and closing duties in accordance with manager's checklist.
• Initiates guest interaction and solicits feedback to improve service.
• Maintains revenue and check control procedures on shift.
• Trains and delivers ongoing performance feedback to associates.
• Uses tools for running shift including schedules and floor plans.
• Leads pre-shift communications about specials and guest satisfaction goals.
• Resolves daily issues such as call outs and inventory concerns.
• Monitors floor coverage and coordinates seating and service.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment and punctual attendance.
• Adheres to dress code and grooming standards.
• Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
