Stonebridge Companies in Aurora, CO is seeking a Full Time Starbucks Supervisor to lead the Food & Beverage team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while managing safe, profitable operations. The role requires prior coffeehouse or leadership experience in food and beverage hospitality, plus weekend availability.

You will perform shift openings/closes, supervise up to six teammates, coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager, and support service recovery.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; and minimum 4 years of related food & beverage experience and/or training.
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate exceptional hospitality skills.
• Must have flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs shift opening/closing duties per manager’s checklist.
• Seeks guest feedback and uses service recovery tools when needed.
• Monitors revenue, check control, and maintains brand standards.
• Trains and provides ongoing feedback to team members.
• Manages shift tools (schedules, floor plans, reservations, POS).
• Pre-shift briefings on specials, occupancy, reservations, and concerns.
• Resolves daily issues such as call outs and inventory; supports seating and service.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and professional appearance.
