• Schedule: Full time, Monday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm; more details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Lead activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as a contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
