Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and a smooth, profitable shift. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach and develop staff, and manage performance while upholding Panera Bread standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in fast/casual or hospitality settings, with a strong focus on teamwork and guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role offering opportunity for growth within Panera Bread's neighborhood

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
