Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Pikeville Medical Center - 911 Bypass Road, Pikeville, KY 41501
  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Days may vary, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No experience necessary. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline as necessary.
• Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
