• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: NCH - 100 Fifteenth Street NW, Norton, VA 24273 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, days and hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service and supervisory/lead experience required.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Lead associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
