We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: NCH - 100 Fifteenth Street NW, Norton, VA 24273. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time. Days and hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food service and supervisory/lead experience required.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees as needed.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
