Job summary

SSC Services For Education at ASU Downtown Campus in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee a team on the 7:00 pm–3:30 am shift, Sunday through Thursday.

You will direct daily activities, train staff, schedule work, evaluate performance, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. SSC offers comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and same-day pay to its valued employees.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Arizona State University-Downtown Campus - 111 East Taylor Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 pm to 3:30 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
