• Position: Full-time Shift Supervisor

• Schedule: Full-time; Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 pm - 5:30 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Prior janitorial and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Summary

Summary: Oversee activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and schedule work shifts.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management.
• Handle employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal-setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
