Job Opening: Shift Supervisor

We have an opening for full-time Shift Supervisor positions.

Location: 650 Boulder Drive, Suite 100B, Breinigsville, PA 18031. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00pm - 5:30am. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior janitorial and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a specific shift, oversee completion of job expectations, and ensure policies and procedures are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and promote advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
