We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: Case Western Reserve University - 1619 Mistletoe Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Note: online applications accepted only.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, oversee completion of job expectations, and ensure policy and procedure adherence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline when necessary.
• Prepare reports for management, ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
