Compass Group USA, via SSC Services for Education, in Neenah, WI, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for a 2nd shift at Neenah Joint School. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours that may vary.

The supervisor directs associates on a shift, provides training and scheduling, and evaluates performance to ensure quality, productivity and safety. Prior custodial experience is preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Neenah Joint School - 410 South Commercial Street, Neenah, WI 54956. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. 2nd shift. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior custodial experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $18.00per hour to$20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and stride for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
