SSC Services for Education, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Weyauwega, WI. The role oversees a shift, directs associates, manages schedules, and ensures policy adherence. Pay ranges from $16.50–$17.00 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with varying hours; prior custodial experience is preferred. Health, disability, and 401K plans are included along with same-day pay options. Applications accepted continuously.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Weyauwega - 410 East Ann Street, Weyauwega, WI 54983. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. 1st shift during the summer and 2nd shift during the school year. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior custodial experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $16.50per hour to$17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
