Job summary

SSC Services for Education, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Jerome, ID. You will direct activities of associates on a 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shift, ensure policy compliance, and support daily operations in a school-based facility.

We seek individuals with prior supervisory experience who can train staff, create schedules, review performance, and serve as a point of contact for team members. Benefits include a comprehensive package and same-day pay opportunities.

• Full-time schedule with evening hours (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that job expectations are completed per policy.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as main contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Jerome School District - 125 4th Avenue West, Jerome, ID 83338. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Pay Range: $17.00per hour to$19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
