• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Little Chute School District - 1402 Freedom Road, Little Chute, WI 54140. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. 2nd shift. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior custodial experience is preferred.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
