Job summary

SSC Services for Education, a nationwide facility service provider and member of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Little Chute area. The role directs associates on a shift, ensuring tasks align with policy and quality standards. First/second shifts available with summer and school-year variations.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and maintaining safety and productivity targets. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

• We are hiring immediately for a full timeSHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Little Chute Area School District - 1402 Freedom Road, Little Chute, WI 54140. (Openings at other locations within school district available)Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. First shift during summer break, second shift during school year. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Previous supervisory and custodial experience is preferred.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
