We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Nacogdoches Medical Center - 4920 Northeast Stallings Drive, Nacogdoches, TX 75965. Note: online applications accepted only.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
