Job Opening: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Morrison Healthcare.

Location: Safe Landing - 11460 South Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90044. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. AM and PM shifts available. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior culinary experience preferred.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging career growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
