Job summary

SSC Services for Education, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team on a school-site shift in Winston-Salem. You will direct associates, ensure policy compliance, and maintain safety and quality standards while meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of supervisory and cleaning experience, excellent training and scheduling abilities, and a commitment to a consistent, professional service standard. Full-time hours with weekday schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of supervisory and general cleaning experience is required.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.

• We are hiring immediately for full timeSHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools - 150 Lucy Lane, Lewisville, NC 27023. (Openings at other locations within school district available)Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedules; Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Two to four years of supervisory and general cleaning experience is required.
• Pay Range: $16.25per hour to$17.25per hour

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
