Job summary

Compass Group USA's SSC unit is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Erlanger, KY. The role directs associates during a shift and ensures policy and procedure are followed, while maintaining safety and quality. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am; prior custodial, floor care, and leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior custodial or floor care experience and leadership skills.
• Full-time availability with the ability to work 4:00 pm–12:30 am.
• Location in Erlanger, KY within the ISD Custodial program.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or discipline staff.
• Prepare production/sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact for time-off requests from employees.
• Mentor and develop employees toward advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Erlanger ISD Custodial - 500 Graves Avenue, Erlanger, KY 41018. (Openings at other locations within school district available) (Note: online applications accepted only).
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior custodial, floor care, and leadership experience is required.
• Pay Range: $18.50per hour to$18.75 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
