• Position: Full-time Shift Supervisor
• Location: 1848 Lager Lane, Jackson, TN 38301. Note: online applications accepted only
• Schedule: Full-time, Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of supervisor experience required
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
