Position Details

Position: Shift Supervisor (Full time). Location: JFK International Airport, Capital One Lounge, Jamaica, NY 11430. Schedule: Days may vary, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Pay: $25.50 per hour (fixed rate). Online applications only.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable performance standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact point for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
