Job Opening: Shift Supervisor at ESFM

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Supervise activities of associates during a shift, ensuring completion of tasks according to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate worker performance; reward high performers and address underperformance.
3. Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the main contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
5. Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and support career development.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.
