Job Summary

Summary: Lead associates during a shift, ensure tasks are completed according to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
• Serve as the main contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encourage career growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
