Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Beaumont, TX. The role oversees a specific shift, directs associates, and ensures policy and procedure compliance while meeting production and quality standards.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
