Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating as Canteen at 5400 South Westridge Drive in New Berlin, WI, is hiring a Shift Supervisor for a full-time schedule. The role includes directing associates on shift, enforcing policies, and ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

Prior supervisory experience is required and the position pays $26.00 per hour. Schedule: Sunday 10:30 am–7:00 pm; Monday–Thursday 1:00 pm–9:30 pm.

• Prepares production or sales reports for management; ensures unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for associates with complaints or requests for time off.
• Acts as a mentor, develop employees and encouraging associates to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
