Job summary

Canteen is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the GE Gas Turbines location at 300 Garlington Rd, Greenville, SC 29615. This role supervises associates during a shift, ensures policy and procedures are followed, and works 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include training and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, preparing reports on quality, productivity and safety, serving as the point of contact for employee requests, mentoring, and performing other duties as

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and stride for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift Supervisor (Full Time)

We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: GE Gas Turbines - 300 Garlington Road, Greenville, SC 29615. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary and supervisory experience required.
