Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Mount Laurel location. You will supervise team members, ensure exceptional customer service, manage cash handling, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, training new staff, stocking, and cross-selling. Flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Customer service experience required or preferred as part of role.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate the POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
