Applegreen-USA-Welcome-Centers-Central-Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will lead shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements across the plaza.

Responsibilities include training new hires, managing cash handling per policy, and maintaining accurate opening/closing procedures while promoting upsell and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and all company policies.
• Report observations or issues to plaza leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
