Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team, lead staff, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service at CVS/pharmacy. This role opens/closes the store when needed and ensures adherence to procedures.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions and complaints, and maintain merchandising per weekly plans, contributing to a positive shopping experience and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain merchandising, price, stock shelves and reset departments per plans.
