Responsibilities include operating the POS system, cross-selling products, maintaining product knowledge, and complying with policies. Flexible schedules, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Open, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and enforce brand standards and policies.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and cleanliness of workstation.
