Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure top-notch service and food quality. This role leads by example, fosters a positive work environment, and helps build a high-performing team while maintaining efficient operations.

In this position, you will supervise shifts, manage cash and inventory, and support scheduling to ensure proper coverage, contributing to a safe, clean, and guest-focused dining experience at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift
