Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and support team members, and ensure guests receive top-notch service and great food quality.

You will lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and help build a high-performing team while managing cash, inventory, and scheduling. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately.
