Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach our team to deliver the high-energy, high-service experience guests expect. You will supervise shifts, support staff development, and ensure top-quality food and service while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fast-paced settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
