Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top-notch service and food quality. You’ll lead by example, uphold a safe, clean environment, manage cash and inventory, and support scheduling and coverage to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately.
• Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management to meet goals.
• Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the team running strong.
