Job summary

ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our travel plazas in the Northeast and Midwest. You will manage shift activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold cash handling and food-safety standards.

The role requires leadership experience, the ability to engage with travelers, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join us to drive performance and service quality across high-volume locations.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
