Job summary

Red Robin is hiring an hourly Shift Supervisor in Manchester, NH to lead daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts and to act as a brand ambassador for service quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 21+, 1 year restaurant experience preferred, and a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and cost control. Training will occur on-the-job, with opportunities for advancement and benefits as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Lead and train team members, resolve guest concerns, and maintain cleanliness and quality throughout the shift.
