Taco Bell franchisee in Bakersfield is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensure safe food handling, and deliver friendly customer service while upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will train staff, monitor service speed, resolve customer concerns, manage deposits and schedules, and help the RGM steer daily operations. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
