Job summary

Taco Bell Bakersfield is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee shifts, ensure fast, friendly service and safe, quality food. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members to meet standards.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, uphold food safety, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a positive work atmosphere and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ work experience in food or customer service with shift responsibility.
• Ability to manage orders, money processing and customer requests.
• Comfort leading a team on a fast-paced shift while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers by taking orders and handling payments.
• Resolves customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Trains and motivates team members to meet service standards.
• Prepares food and maintains product quality per company standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Communicates operational issues with management and supports scheduling.
