Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and adhere to brand standards and cash handling policies. The role includes training new team members and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the plaza.

The successful candidate will manage opening/closing tasks, operate the POS, and actively promote products while delivering a positive experience for travelers.

Qualificações

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Open, daily, and closing procedures per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and stock rotation.
