Job summary

FREDDY’S OF IOWA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and support teams during busy shifts, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and consistent food quality.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and work to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Evening availability and reliability are essential, with growth opportunities within the Freddy’s family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable.
• Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus).
• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow.
