Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operation by preparing burritos, tacos, bowls to customer preference.
• Manage a shift of up to 5 team members.
• Inspect food areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices.
• Ensure freshness by rotating stock and checking quality.
• Season, prep and cook food according to recipes and judgment.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Daily opening/closing duties including cleanliness and drawer security.
